The Web Site is subject to copyright under Australian law and, under international treaties, the laws of many other countries. Unless otherwise indicated, the copyright is owned by GRV which reserves all rights. Greyhound Race Information

Information and data on this Web Site includes information and data on various greyhounds’ race history, form and ratings as well as comments, selections, projected prices and other race related information (“Race Information”). Race Information has been placed on this Web Site solely for the purposes of permitting personal wagering to be conducted by individuals through authorised wagering agencies and organisations and/or to enable GRV to provide certain agreed administrative services to parties (including owners, trainers, race attendants, breeders and clubs).

Copyright and all rights in the Race Information and the format, layout and design of the Race Information is owned by GRV. Without limiting any other Terms or Conditions, you are not authorised to make any copies or reproduce the Race Information (in any form) unless expressly authorised by these Terms and Conditions.

You may not download any Race Information from this Web Site unless you are an approved person with GRV. By completing the registration process or being an existing registered person of GRV, you warrant that the information you have provided is true and correct and that you will abide by these Terms and Conditions. Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued with a confidential “User ID” and “Password”. Your User ID and Password must be kept confidential and secure at all times and must not be disclosed. You are liable for all acts performed under or in connection with your User ID and any loss, harm or damage caused to GRV by the misuse or disclosure of your User ID or Password. You must notify GRV immediately if any of your user or logon information changes or if your User ID or Password is lost, stolen or disclosed to another person.

You are strictly prohibited from using Race Information for a purpose or in a manner other than as permitted under these Terms and Conditions (or as otherwise stated on the Web Site), unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with GRV. GRV may at any time and without notice or liability to you, suspend, terminate or otherwise restrict your ability to access and/or download any or all content on this Web Site, including Race Information.

GRV assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability for the condition or content of third party web sites which may be linked to or accessed from the web site. Except as GRV may specifically direct otherwise, GRV does not authorise the content of those third party web sites.

Software and other digital materials available for download

From time to time certain software and related digital materials may be expressly made available by GRV for downloading from the Web Site. GRV accepts no responsibility for any information conveyed in any advertisement contained on this Web Site. GRV is not to be taken to endorse, recommend or make any other comment pertaining to the quality or suitability of any of the products or services advertised in this Web Site, nor does it warrant that these produces or services are suitable for use and/or consumption in connection with greyhounds or any other canine. GRV does not independently ascertain whether any claims made in the advertisements contained on this Web Site are true, nor does it make any representation as to the capacity, abilities or reputation of any of the breeders and/or trainers mentioned in the advertisements.

Competitions and promotions

Certain parts of the Web Site may, from time to time, contain competitions or promotions from GRV or third parties. The terms and conditions for those competitions and promotions will be specified on the relevant part of the Web Site. By entering or participating in the relevant competition or promotion you agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions. Notwithstanding any specific terms and conditions, GRV specifically retains the right, at any time and without notice, to remove, alter or add to competitions or promotions on the Web Site without any liability to you. All competitions and promotions are only open to persons located in Australia who are over 18 years of age, and prizes will not be awarded to people who do not meet this requirement at the time of entry.
